The hotel is just 1.5 miles from the town centre giving guests easy access to the resort attractions and yet it benifits from the tranquil surroundings of what the locals still call "Seacroft Village" with its golf course and nearby bird sanctury. We have a range of rooms available for use for business purposes. The St. Edward Suite is ideal for a larger seminar or business conference, seating up to 150 delegates, with a well stocked bar that we can open up should you wish. The Garden Room is capable of seating up to 40 delegates and the Conference Suite is ideal for meetings for 2-20 people. All business conference bookings include free use of our fax machine and free local telephone calls during the function. We also have a Colour Television, Video and Overhead Projector with screen available at a small extra charge.
