About the venue

The Hinxton Hall Conference Centre comprises a state-of-the art purpose-built conference centre and a Grade II* listed country house, Hinxton Hall.

Situated in 55 acres of open parkland on the banks of the River Cam, the Conference Centre offers the best of both worlds and a variety of facilities. From flexible meeting spaces that can seat up to 90 delegates to the ornately decorated Pompeiian Room, the Conference Centre can accommodate meetings of any size ranging from an informal meeting for 6 to an international conference for 300. In addition to the first-class meeting spaces the Cloisters, surrounding the Auditorium, provides the perfect space for exhibitions. Formerly a stable block, the Cloisters have been imaginatively converted to accommodate up to 57 displays in a continuous walkway allowing maximum through-flow of visitors. The venue currently offers an excellent choice of 70 affordable bedrooms on site, with a further 64 due to open in the Autumn of 2013, making it perfect for those retreat style events. With the M11 a mere 2 minutes away and within easy access of Cambridge, London and London Stansted Airport the Conference Centre is the ideal venue for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and training courses.
