The Swallow Station Hotel is an imposing Victorian red sandstone building located in Ayr town centre, next to the railway station.

The hotel is situated close to the famous Ayr Racecourse, which hosts the Scottish Grand National, Ayr Silver and the Gold Cup races. The Hotel is ten minutes drive from Prestwick Airport and ideal for park and stay. Each of the 70 bedrooms are en-suite and equipped with television, radio, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray, hairdryer, trouser press and iron and ironing board. All bedrooms and public areas also benefit from wireless internet connections. The Kintyre Suite is located on the ground floor and is totally self-contained and on one level with disabled access direct from the car park. The suite benefits from natural daylight and offers total flexibility in terms of layout. It can accommodate the following capacities; 250 theatre style, 120 class room style, 100 board room, 180 dinner dance and 200 for lunch or dinner.
